Charity and Competition
I guess this is the first real thing to post.
I'm happy to say that on April 6th I will be taking part in Chef's for UNICEF. A charity fund raiser for UNICEF, this will be my 5th year taking part. My lovely partner in crime and Life, Kimberley Wilson and I will be heading up our team and preparing food from India. We will be one of about 10 teams creating food from around the world, for our guests to try. There is a little trophy up for grabs, for best country and since we won last year, we want it bad this year. I will post pics, when it all goes down.
As if that's not enough, I will also be flying to Ottawa, around the end of April for a Chef's conference and good old fashioned cooking competition. My first ever competition, looking forward to it but not quite sure what to expect................
